The laser tracking engine provides accurate cursor motion at all speeds, and the high reliability of solid state sensing (no moving parts except the ball) means continuous operation even in challenging conditions. The DP-TB-50 has a rugged ABS polycarbonate enclosure, phenolic resin ball, high performance shielded cable, and is fully sealed to NEMA 4X specifications. The durable construction and design make it an ideal trackball for use in industrial, military, and medical applications.
