Are iKey keyboards and pointing devices compatible with my system?
Most likely, yes. iKey products have been tested across a wide range of PLCs, blade PCs, tablets, terminals, scanners, desktop computers, laptops, and many other proprietary systems. We are constantly testing compatibility with new devices as they hit the market, and are also always capable of catering iKey products to suit your application.
 
Where can I find a driver for iKey keyboards/pointing devices?
iKey products are plug and play on most operating systems. Rather than provide a unique driver, iKey products have been designed to work with default Windows HID drivers, and standard Logitech (2 or 3 button) mouse drivers.
 
Can I use iKey pointing devices in tandem with my touch screen?
Most touch screen drivers also allow for a mouse to be connected. It is sometimes necessary to enable a feature within your touch screen driver to allow for both to work at the same time.
 
What is your warranty policy?
All fully assembled iKey products are covered by a ONE YEAR limited warranty. All OEM iKey products are covered by a 90 DAY limited warranty. Both warranties cover repairs other than those caused by extensive abuse or misuse.
 
How can I get iKey products repaired?
Please call 1-800-866-6506 or email rma@ikey.com to receive a return authorization number. All service and repairs are done at our facility in Austin. You can also expedite the process by utilizing the RMA form.
 
How do I sign in to this site?

If you have forgotten your password, click Sign In on the menu bar to access the Sign In screen. At the bottom of the page, click on the Forgot your password? link. How do I become a registered user for this site?
 
To become a registered member of this site, click Register on the menu bar and enter your Profile and Account information. Then click Register.
